Dining and Accommodation Facilities                                                           
Dining Hall (Cafeteria)  

Esfarayen University of Technology provides a modern, clean, and equipped dining hall offering nutritious daily meals to all students, faculty, and staff. The cafeteria serves a variety of Iranian dishes and other options, adhering to health and hygiene sandards.

Student Dormitories 
Esfarayen University of Technology provides separate and secure dormitory accommodation for female and male students, designed to create a supportive and comfortable living environment conducive to study and personal development. 
 
Sarigol Dormitory (Male Students) 
Sarigol Dormitory is located on Azadegan Boulevard, beside Mader Square, on the campus of Esfarayen University of Technology. This male dormitory is a six-story building with a capacity to accommodate 450 male students on a non-governmental (private) basis. 
 
Each floor is equipped with a shared kitchen, restrooms, and separate bathrooms. Additionally, each suite is furnished with beds and a private refrigerator. 
 
Amenities include:

  • Study hall 
  • Sports hall (wellness and entertainment hall) 
  • Internet access 
  • Cafeteria / Snack bar 
  • Entrance security post 
  • Counseling room 
  • Supervisory office 

 
Registration and fee payment are possible on a semester basis through the student portal system. All rental rates are determined in accordance with the approvals of the Student Council. 
 
A dormitory supervisor and security guard are stationed at the facility, and student entry/exit control as well as other disciplinary matters are enforced in compliance with the dormitory disciplinary regulations. 
 
Omid-e Ayandeh Dormitory (Female Students) 
Omid-e Ayandeh (Hope for the Future) Dormitory is located on Azadegan Boulevard, beside Mader Square, on the campus of Esfarayen University of Technology. This female dormitory is a three-story building with a capacity to accommodate 250 female students. 
 
Each floor is equipped with a shared kitchen, bathrooms, and restrooms. 
 
Amenities include: 

  • Outdoor sports field 
  • Prayer room 
  • Study hall 
  • Television lounge 
  • Laundry room 
  • Cafeteria / Snack bar 
  • Physical education hall 
  • Counseling room 
  • Entrance security post 
  • Supervisory office 

 
Registration for accommodation is possible through the Student Welfare Fund. Fee payment and registration are conducted on a semester basis via the payment portal of the Student Welfare Fund. All announced rental rates are in accordance with the semester-specific approvals of the Student Welfare Fund.

Common Features for Both Dormitories 
Both dormitories are located within a short distance of the main campus, lecture halls, and sports facilities, making daily commutes easy and safe. Rooms are furnished with beds, mattresses, and carpeted flooring. On every floor, a shared kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, and sink is available for residents. High-speed internet access is provided throughout both buildings.
